Dermatologists to join a premier network of medical aesthetic clinics across Montreal's North Shore, including
Laval, Blainville, Terrebonne, and Saint-Sauveur.
This opportunity offers the ability to build a rewarding practice combining
medical dermatology and medical aesthetics within a well-established, high-end clinic environment. The successful physician will diagnose and manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions while also providing cosmetic injectable treatments and other aesthetic services.
Dermatologists will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including the management of common and complex skin conditions, as well as appropriate in-clinic procedures such as minor surgical procedures and certain skin cancer surgeries.
In addition, physicians receive ongoing support in developing a thriving aesthetic practice through established patient demand, marketing initiatives, referral networks, and a collaborative clinical team.
Schedule- Preferred availability of 3-5 days per week
- In-clinic practice
- Open to considering candidates with fewer available days for the right fit
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and manage a broad range of medical dermatologic conditions
- Provide comprehensive dermatologic assessments and treatment plans
- Perform appropriate in-clinic dermatologic procedures, including minor surgical procedures and certain skin cancer surgeries
- Provide cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans
- Deliver natural, patient-focused aesthetic outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and other healthcare professionals to support excellent patient care
Required Qualifications and Skills- Licensed Dermatologist in good standing with the Collège des médecins du Québec (CMQ)
- Recognized specialist training in Dermatology
- Experience and competency in medical dermatology and dermatologic procedures
- Certification and competency in aesthetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and management of potential aesthetic complications
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Passion for both medical dermatology and aesthetic medicine
- Previous experience in aesthetic medicine is considered an asset
