Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
We are seeking medical and/or surgical Dermatologists to join a growing team in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. This position involves full-time or part-time clinical duties at our clinic's stunning new flagship location in Coal Harbour. Situated on the seawall, this iconic facility offers panoramic views of one of the most sought-after and visually stunning regions in downtown Vancouver.
Offering lucrative performance-based billing and equity/profit-sharing potential. Relocation support available.
Role ObjectivesThe Dermatologist's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide professional patient care at all times and create a friendly and inviting environment for patients
- Conduct patient skin assessments, treatment planning and implementation, and evaluation of treatments for effective outcomes
- Provide consult notes to referring family physicians for new patients
- Perform follow-up care for existing patients and/or refer to an internal general practitioner for continuation of care
- Assist with coaching the nursing team to provide effective patient care
- Participate in training and education opportunities provided by the company
- Adhere to company policies and protocols
- Work with the marketing team to build and promote personal social media presence
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to build relationships with both patients and employees
Practice Model & Clinical SupportThe group's practice model is designed for maximum efficiency and includes:

Requirements- Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License
- A strong passion for the cosmetic dermatology field
- Certifications for lasers, Botox, and/or dermal fillers are considered an asset, but are not required
- Prior experience in the cosmetic and aesthetic medicine industry is considered an asset, but is not required
