- You will provide all facility support, and coordination of environmental services, for the installation.
- You will assign work based on priorities, consideration of difficulty and requirements of the assignment and capability of the employee.
- You will cooperate and participate in the labor-management partnership and work to resolve issues in a timely, equitable manner at the lowest possible level.
- You will ensure compliance with regulations governing budget, accounting and expenditures and that the maintenance, utilities and transportation products and services.
- You will serve as the senior civilian supervisor of the Public Works Branch (PWB) responsible for oversight, review, coordination and execution of the facilities management, planning, engineering, acquisition, construction and operation support.

- This position requires Level III Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in the Facilities Engineering (FE) within 24mo of hiring and must meet the subsequent requirements for Continuous Learning Points (CLPs).
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Functional Area and Tier assigned to the position, along with Continuous Learning (CL) points, are required within established timeframes.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final SECRET security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to possess and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position is an Essential Personnel position. You will be expected to make every attempt to report for duty on time and/or remain on duty during
severe weather conditions.
QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.

No PCS costs will be paid.
Several vacancies may be filled.
