Work you'll do

As a Project Manager on the Operations Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the Project Manager in the day-to-day delivery of the program
  • Coordinating client deliverables, staffing actions, milestones, dependencies, and key decisions to support on-time, high-quality execution
  • Leading day-to-day coordination for the Knowledge Management workstream and helping ensure alignment with broader program priorities and client needs
  • Collaborating with line-of-effort leads and client stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain delivery discipline, and keep teams aligned on expectations and deadlines
  • Representing project leadership in client meetings, reviews, and coordination forums, as needed, and preparing supporting briefings, reports, and status materials

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Experience supporting project delivery activities such as tracking deliverables, milestones, dependencies, staffing actions, and key decisions across teams
  • Experience coordinating stakeholder meetings, reviews, or program touchpoints in a client-facing environment
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting U.S. Government clients
  • Experience supporting Knowledge Management activities in a program environment
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, briefings, or executive read-ahead materials
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple teams, workstreams, or lines of effort
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $188,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
