Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for systems access and ability to maintain Public Trust clearance.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Federal Financials/EBS functional-technical roles, especially with Oracle EBS R12.2.x.
• 5+ years of experience in managing and leading Oracle EBS Financials projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, including modules, integrations, and customizations.
• Experience with Oracle developer tools (Forms/Reports/OAFs) and programming languages (SQL, PL/SQL).
• Experience with Oracle EBS Release 12.2.x upgrades.
• Understanding of Federal Accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Oracle functional/technical expertise to support analysis and design of Oracle EBS solutions and reporting initiatives.
• Manage application teams to maintain and improve development and testing processes.
• Review EBS configuration changes and interface designs as a functional/technical QA reviewer.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and audit teams to ensure compliance with security and data protection requirements.
• Manage Risk Management, Change Management, and Change Control efforts effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and report on compliance to the client.
• Support release planning in an Agile environment with monthly deployments.
