The Deputy Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and providing a single point of contact for those projects. They will take projects from the original concept through final implementation and interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users, computer services, and client services.

They will define project scope and objectives and develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports:
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team
• Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Must possess BA or BS degree and eight years of experience in managing rapid and continuous delivery (such as DevOps) efforts in Agile Methodology
• Experience in technical leadership
• Demonstrated experience in developing evolutionary architectures that enable an Agile/DevOps approach and frequent software delivery
• Quality attributes (e.g., availability, security, performance)
• Experience with Cloud Hosted systems (i.e. Cloud One)
