You will initially provide support to the Program Manager in the execution of a fast-paced, high profile, rapidly growing space-related program to learn the organization and program, and get familiar with our customers, contracts and products. Responsibilities may include assisting the Program Manager in the development of program reports and other contract deliverables (CDRLs), scheduling work and travel, developing work plans, managing program finances, tracking and coordinating clearance nominations and badging, certifications and training, accounts access, coordinating and executing material and software purchases, maintaining the status of engineering tasks in JIRA, and facilitating communications with internal and external project stakeholders. You may also have the opportunity to lead multiple projects supporting the growth of the program. You will also be expected to oversee multiple Agile software teams and processes. In addition to supporting or being responsible for programmatic aspects of the program, you will be expected to leverage your knowledge of Space Domain Awareness, Space C2, or other relevant technology to help drive the future of the product. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail that works well in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment and demonstrates excellent communication skills.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 or more years of experience in project management and/or space operations/analysis
  • Experience in IC/DoW Space Operations, specifically within the Space Domain Awareness mission area and/or experience managing the design, development and deployment of enterprise software solutions
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be creative, flexible and willing to work with constantly changing priorities and aggressive customer deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess a high level of computer literacy and the technical aptitude to learn new tools quickly
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility


Desired Skills:
  • Familiarization with U.S. Government contracting regulations and protocols
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Demonstrated experience managing IC/DoD software development projects
  • Agile/Scrum/SAFe certifications for Scrum Master or Product Owner roles
  • Familiarity with the Integrated Solutions for Situational Awareness (ISSA) suite of applications


Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
