Work You'll Do As a Project Senior Manager, Functional Transformation on the project, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day execution of a large, complex program, driving operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, and delivery against contractual and business requirements.
- Lead overall program execution, overseeing operational performance, delivery quality, and alignment to strategic objectives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across client and internal teams, facilitating coordination, issue resolution, and informed decision-making.
- Drive implementation of contractual requirements, ensuring deliverables, processes, and program activities are executed effectively and on schedule.
- Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies, and lead corrective actions to address operational challenges and maintain continuity.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, supporting workforce management, performance oversight, and continuous improvement across program operations.

Qualifications Required
: - Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Minimum of 10 years of program management experience
- Minimum 5 years specializing in managing similar Federal programs (similar size and complexity)
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
