Work You'll Do

As a Project Senior Manager, Functional Transformation on the project, you will:
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of a large, complex program, driving operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, and delivery against contractual and business requirements.
    • Lead overall program execution, overseeing operational performance, delivery quality, and alignment to strategic objectives.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships across client and internal teams, facilitating coordination, issue resolution, and informed decision-making.
    • Drive implementation of contractual requirements, ensuring deliverables, processes, and program activities are executed effectively and on schedule.
    • Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies, and lead corrective actions to address operational challenges and maintain continuity.
    • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, supporting workforce management, performance oversight, and continuous improvement across program operations.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Minimum of 10 years of program management experience
  • Minimum 5 years specializing in managing similar Federal programs (similar size and complexity)
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
