Equally important, this role is responsible for substantiating and pursuing claims against customers for non-compliance and guiding internal Procurement teams in claims against suppliers for performance issues. This role demands a blend of analytical rigor, effective communication, deep contractual expertise, and a strategic mindset focused on robust claims management, risk mitigation, and growth.

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and operational data to detect deviations from TSSSA terms or industry best practices.
    • Identify and assess customer behaviors (e.g., delayed overhauls, improper operational procedures) that could lead to accelerated equipment degradation, increased lifecycle costs, or contractual non-compliance.
    • Utilize advanced data analytics to uncover trends and anomalies affecting equipment health and operational efficiency.
  • Supplier Claims Guidance & Support:
    • Act as a primary internal resource, alerting and guiding Procurement teams by providing critical data, analysis, and contractual context to substantiate and pursue claims against suppliers for defective parts, service failures, warranty issues, or other non-conformances that negatively impact TSSSA performance or cost.
