Responsibilities

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for security infrastructure support, especially in ITAR environments
  • Support Vulnerability Management by meeting with System Owners weekly
  • Manage large-scale compliance programs, such as CMMC, ITAR, and CIS 18
  • Conduct compliance investigations aligning with business needs
  • Collaborate with Information Security teams to develop security infrastructure initiatives
  • Provide technical leadership in handling escalations and incident response tickets
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes to address incidents affecting critical production environments
  • Contribute to global projects including site buildouts and technology deployments
  • Stabilize and enhance newly deployed security solutions
  • Engage business stakeholders and communicate with Senior Leadership for deployment initiatives

Full Job Description
Responsibilities

  • Act as SME & escalation point for operational support of security infrastructure tools, with a focus on ITAR-related environments.
  • Support the Vulnerability Management effort by meeting with System Owners weekly.
  • Manage large-scale compliance programs (CMMC, ITAR, CIS 18)
  • Conduct compliance investigations and align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with Information Security & Compliance team(s) to assess, recommend and develop security infrastructure initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in escalations, P1-P3 incident response tickets.
  • Continuous improvements - participates in Problem Management, post-mortems, root cause analysis and accelerate/advance the resolution of incidents impacting the Critical Production Environment & pro-longing escalations.
  • Contribute to exciting global projects - site buildouts, new acquisitions, new technology deployments, technology refreshes, etc.
  • Stabilize newly deployed cutting edge security solutions
  • Assist with business engagement/stakeholder communications for new deployments or continuous improvement initiatives. Candidate needs to be comfortable with collaborating closely with business stakeholders and reporting to Senior Leadership.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the demands of a Global network spanning many different time zones.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

Hiring In All States except for CA, NY, Washington DC, Seattle, Dallas

Pay Range MIN $106,130.00 MIDPOINT $141,500.00 MAX $176,880.00
