QUALIFICATIONS: The purpose of this position is to provide continuity in the management of the installation's Civil Engineering functions. The employee serves as the Deputy Base Civil Engineer (DBCE) for the 99th Civil Engineer Squadron, an organization of 611 authorizations, sharing with the Base Civil Engineer (BCE) the full scope of responsibility for managing the activities of the organization.
