Salary: Starting at $90,000 to Depends on Experience (DOE).

Primary Duties: Successful applicant will provide legal advice on matters that arise during the day-to-day business of the Tax Commission, including reviewing contracts, assistance with the promulgation of rules, advising on public records, open meeting law and proposed legislation, and addressing issues of statutory interpretation. The attorney will also handle litigation and-related legal work on behalf of the Tax Commission. The DAG will also perform other legal duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Active Idaho State Bar license.
Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience.
