- Participates fully with the FNA Administrator, FNA Chief of Staff, Deputy Administrators, and other key officials in implementing and overseeing, and ensuring program integrity for, all 16 FNA nutrition assistance programs.
- Serves as the principal executive responsible for the full range of integrity and benefits delivery, operations, and oversight functions across all FNA programs.
- Oversees national performance management systems and risk based oversight models, including advanced analytic and data driven tools that support program evaluation, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
- Directs the implementation of national policy, regulatory actions, and operational guidance governing all 16 FNA programs in alignment with statutory mandates, regulatory requirements, and Administration priorities.
- Assumes overall responsibility for the leadership and coordination of administration of FNA programs on behalf of the Administrator.

Executive-level experience developing, planning, directing, and coordinating cross-cutting activities at a scale similar to that of FNA programs, including depth of expertise in administration of large-scale national programs and understanding of the legal, regulatory, fiscal, and operational frameworks governing public benefits administration.
2. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and communicate with highest levels of government and stakeholder leadership, including USDA and other Federal agency leadership, Congress, elected and politically appointed State Commissioners and Tribal leaders, and other appropriate officials, to ensure effective management of national programs.
3. Experience overseeing, developing, or implementing robust data analytics activities to ensure program integrity, including demonstrated expertise in requirements for handling and protecting highly-sensitive data and mastery of program integrity principles.
