PRODUCT ANALYST II CSB400 Park Ave (NY) or CNB Plaza (Los Angeles, CA)WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Product Analyst role is responsible for supporting the development and lifecycle management of banking products (e.g., deposit, loans, branch services) for U.S. consumers and small businesses. This role focuses on executing day-to-day tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to product enhancements under senior guidance.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Track key product metrics (e.g., applications, accounts opened, balances) to inform enhancement recommendations and prioritize improvements.
- Address inquiries from Relationship Managers and collaborate with Operations to resolve client concerns.
- Remediate issues and ensure timely solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation for audits and controls.
- Create presentations to communicate strategies, performance, and recommendations.
- Facilitate alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze products and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement enhancements to streamline operations and client experiences.
- Define product requirements (e.g., BRDs) and coordinate delivery with teams.
- Monitor progress and escalate risks
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, banking operations, or related field
Additional Qualifications- Knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
- Attention to detail and process/analytic mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication/presentation abilities, with experience tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple business lines and functions.
- Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., QlikView, Tableau, Access).
- Experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
- Financial services experience.
- Stakeholder management and consensus-building skills.
- Proficiency in creating executive-level presentations and strategic documents
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?CompensationStarting base salary: $78,970 - $126,140 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
