Full Job Description
Competencies

We're looking for a Deployment Strategy Operations Lead to own how we run post-sales: the programs that structure deployment and customer outcomes, and how those programs are operationalized across our commercial teams. You'll design the programs and ways of working, build them into our CRM and workflows, and make sure teams are actually using them consistently. It's about connecting strategy with execution - building programs that work not just on paper, but in how our teams operate every day.

What we're looking for:
  • High-velocity operator: You like building, not just advising. You're comfortable taking an ambiguous problem, creating structure around it, and driving it through to execution.
  • Analytical & commercially sharp: You're comfortable working with data, defining what good looks like, and using insights to make decisions - not just producing reports.
  • Systems & workflow thinking: You can take a strategy or methodology and turn it into something teams can actually use: clear processes, CRM workflows, automation, and ways of working that stick.
  • AI-native: You naturally look for better ways to work. You're highly comfortable with AI tools and automation and actively use them to move faster, reduce manual work, and rethink existing processes.
  • Cross-functional leadership: You're a strong cross-functional partner with a bias for action. You can work effectively with commercial leadership and the GTM Systems Lead, influence without direct authority, and keep things moving without waiting for perfect information or detailed instructions.
Trajectory

You'll own our post-sales programs across their full lifecycle, from initial strategy and design through operationalization, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. Here's what that looks like:
  • Own our strategic post-sales programs - such as digital deployment, Executive Sponsor, AI use case rollout, and similar - from initial design and rollout through continuous improvement.
  • Translate Customer Success (CS) methodology into structured, repeatable ways of working, with clear ownership, workflows, and success metrics.
  • Own CS analytics and reporting: define what "CS performance" means, build the frameworks that measure it, and surface leading indicators, not just lagging ones.
  • Operationalize the programs you design in our CRM, translating them into practical workflows, automation, and structures that make them easy for commercial teams to execute.
  • Drive adoption and consistency across your programs, ensuring teams use the processes and workflows as intended and partnering with the GTM Systems Lead where broader system changes or administration are needed.
  • Continuously refine what we do based on performance and adoption data - scaling what works, improving what doesn't, and stopping what isn't delivering value.
Definition of Success
  • You are consistently moving our most important post-sales priorities forward with speed, structure, and clarity - from initial idea through rollout and adoption.
  • You are seen as a trusted partner by the Deployment Strategy leadership team - someone who can take a complex or ambiguous problem, create structure around it, and drive it to resolution.
  • You are building deep knowledge of Planhat's business, product, and post-sales motion, allowing you to connect strategy, data, systems, and day-to-day execution.
  • You are proactively identifying gaps and opportunities across our programs and ways of working, and operationalizing solutions before they become blockers.
  • The programs you own are not just well designed - they are embedded into how teams work, consistently adopted, measurable, and continuously improving.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $160,000 per year. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a generous PTO policy, and other benefits.
