What You'll Do
  • Own key customer relationships across industries like manufacturing, logistics, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and retail-deeply understanding physical labor workflows and automation priorities
  • Synthesize insights from the field and collaborate directly with founders to identify the most valuable verticals and use cases as our robotic capabilities evolve
  • Partner with engineers and scientists to develop a deep understanding of current and future robotic capabilities, shaping the product roadmap
  • Guide successful rollouts and long-term adoption by building trusted relationships with customer leadership and operational stakeholders
