Qualifications

• 3-5 years of post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Technical aptitude with comfort in software systems; SQL familiarity is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-20 university.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments, adept at handling ambiguity.
• Must be based in NYC or willing to relocate; in-person commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer journey from post-sale onboarding through ongoing success.
• Serve as the sole Dart representative on client calls with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage integrations with client EMRs and facilitate product deployment.
• Train end users on effective product utilization.
• Translate customer needs into actionable requirements for the engineering team.
• Track and measure deployment ROI, identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Help build scalable processes as Dart transitions into enterprise health systems.
