  • Manage integrations with client EMRs, deploy the Dart platform, and train end users on how to use the product effectively
  • Translate customer needs and issues into clear, actionable requirements for the engineering team and follow up relentlessly to ensure timely resolution
  • Track and measure deployment ROI, identify opportunities for expansion, and help build scalable processes as Dart moves upmarket into enterprise health systems

Key Requirements
  • 3-5 years of post-grad work experience with at least 1 year in a customer-facing role (implementation, deployment, project management, or similar)
  • Technical aptitude - comfortable with software systems and able to communicate effectively with engineers; SQL familiarity is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-20 university
  • Startup or high-growth experience - thrives in ambiguity, builds own processes, and moves fast
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to NYC; in-person 5 days/week in Chelsea (U.S. work authorization required, no visa sponsorship)
