large, ideally located, and has excellent structural "bones." Our group is actively evaluating a full remodel and modernization in the coming years-but before committing to that investment, we're seeking a
strong, long-term leader who will have a real stake in the future of the practice.Practice Snapshot:- 8 operatories
- CBCT technology
- 1 full-time doctor (founding dentist)
- 2 Dental Assistants
- 2 Front Office (including Office Lead)
- Recruiting 1 Full-Time Hygienist (currently supported by a full-time temp hygienist until hire is made)
- 100% PPO / FFS - No Medicaid

Compensation & Schedule- 30% of Collections
