Qualifications- DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school or residency program
- Active Maryland dental license
- Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
- 2 or more years applicable professional clinical experience preferred
- Advanced Dental Education Program graduates with Specialty Residency in Periodontics, encouraged to apply
