The Opportunity

In this onsite role, you'll provide comprehensive dental care while continuing to develop skills in patient-centered treatment and strong clinical decision-making.

Key responsibilities include diagnosing oral conditions and creating treatment plans; restoring and preserving teeth and gums; providing preventive services and patient education; fitting dental appliances when needed; and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Required qualifications:
- DDS or DMD
- Licensed to practice in the State of North Dakota
- DEA registration
- Strong Clinical Judgment and Excellent Communication Skills

Total Rewards

Compensation and support include $160,000-$185,000 per year, a signing bonus, and relocating/moving reimbursement. Your Typical Day

Our onsite hours remain consistent-Monday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM-providing a predictable schedule that supports exceptional patient care. Throughout the day, you'll balance comprehensive exams, patient consultations, and clinical procedures while educating patients and ensuring they feel informed and comfortable with their treatment. Working alongside a collaborative dental team, you'll help maintain an efficient schedule, accurately document patient care, and coordinate follow-up treatment.
