Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosing oral conditions, developing treatment plans, and performing procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and post-treatment maintenance.
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sterilization, and infection control protocols.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology, techniques, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using the practice's dental management software.
Qualifications- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid Ohio State Dental License.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members.
- Dedication to continuing education and professional development.
- Experience with digital dentistry and modern dental technologies is a plus.
