Lead Dentist - Quince Orchard Dental CareFull-time, Mon-FriWe are looking for a dentist who wants to find their forever home, who is engaging with patients and staff, and who wants to collaborate to elevate patient care.
💼 Position Highlights- Full-time Lead Dentist position
- Minimum average salary: $300,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections
- PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base - No Medicaid

🧑⚕ What We're Looking For- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active State Dental License & DEA License
- Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
- Restorative procedures
- Cosmetic bondings and veneers
- Crown & Bridge
- Comprehensive treatment planner
- Comfortable and experienced with perio procedures such as crown lengthening and Gum Grafts a plus - currently all perio procedures are being referred out
- Endo, extractions, aligner/Invisalign and implant placement experience a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
- Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
