Farber Perio is looking for a Dental Practice Manager in Hauppauge, New York, to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

Position Overview:
As a Dental PracticeManager you will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless employee and patient relations while driving operational efficiency. The role is responsible for managing office profit and loss, including scheduling, staff productivity, collections, receivables, and expense management. Additionally, you will support business growth through sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead office personnel, streamline workflows, and oversees essential administrative functions such as financial reporting, payroll, and banking to maintain a well-organized and high-performing practice.
