Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
- Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
- Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
- Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
- New graduates are welcome!
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for patient care, education and prevention.
- Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
- A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.
Compensation$50.00-$52 per hour
