What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while practicing at the highest level of your license.
• Perform periodontal assessments, charting, digital radiographs, and patient screenings.
• Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and personalized home care strategies.
• Partner closely with doctors to develop individualized treatment plans that improve long-term health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while following infection control and compliance standards.
• Help create an outstanding patient experience built on trust, compassion, and clinical excellence.

What You'll Bring

• Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• A passion for preventive care and patient education.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, team-first attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Saturday 8am-12pm
Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification

Compensation

$57-$60 per hour
