What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while practicing at the highest level of your license.
- Perform periodontal assessments, charting, digital radiographs, and oral health screenings.
- Educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene, and treatment options that support lifelong oral health.
- Partner with dentists to develop individualized treatment plans and promote excellent clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all infection control and compliance standards.
- Create a welcoming, comfortable experience that builds patient trust and long-term relationships.
What You'll Bring
- Current Texas Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- A passion for preventive dentistry and patient education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to clinical excellence.

- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
Compensation$45-$50 per hour
