- Monday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Qualifications- Must hold a valid IN Hygiene license
- 1+ years of hands-on Hygienist experience is preferred
