West Springfield Dental Arts is growing, and we're looking for a
full-time Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, collaborative team!

Why You'll Love Working with Us- 1-hour hygiene appointments and 1.5-hour new-patient appointments - no rushing
- Modern dental technology, including iTero, laser, AI perio charting, Cavitron, and Open Dental
- 4-day workweek with a Monday-Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule
- One weekday off - Tuesday or Wednesday
- One Saturday per month, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
- $63-$65 per hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a Dental Hygienist who is compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:- Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients and teammates
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate
- Commitment to providing thorough, high-quality patient care
Experience with comprehensive hygiene care, including:- Periodontal charting
- Digital X-rays
- Prophylaxis (prophy)
- Scaling and root planing (SRP)
- Patient education
- Fluoride treatments
- Preventive dental care and other hygiene services
