Northline Dental is looking to add a
Registered Dental Hygienist who enjoys building lasting patient relationships, values teamwork, and is committed to providing outstanding preventive care.
Compensation- $47-$52 per hour
- Bi-weekly bonus opportunities
A Schedule That Supports Quality Care- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- No rushed appointments!
- Recall appointments: 1 hour
- Pediatric appointments: 45 minutes
- New Patient appointments: 1.5 hours

What You'll Do- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments
- Provide periodontal charting and evaluations
- Take diagnostic digital radiographs
- Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing
- Administer fluoride treatments and preventive services
- Educate patients on oral health and home care
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver outstanding patient care
- Build trusting relationships that keep patients smiling
QualificationsWe're looking for someone who has:
- Current Michigan Dental Hygiene License (New Grads/awaiting license welcome)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to perform all aspects of dental hygiene care, including:
- Periodontal charting
- Digital X-rays
- Adult and pediatric prophylaxis
- Scaling and root planing
- Fluoride treatments
- Preventive patient education
