Compensation & Benefits- $68-70/hour (earn up to $75/hour with our base + bonus incentive program!)

What We're Looking For- Active WA RDH license
- CPR/BLS certified
- Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar
- Strong communication + teamwork
What You'll Do- Provide preventive and periodontal care
- Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions
- Build lasting patient relationships
- Use modern technology, including DentalAI
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team
