Dr. Susan Seto's team at Cross Keys is looking for a Dental Hygienist in Baltimore, Maryland to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a collaborative, team-based environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming office that prioritizes patient comfort, advanced technology, and clinical excellence.

As a Dental Hygienist on Dr. Susan Seto's team, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, periodontal therapy, assessments, and patient education while working alongside a supportive team of dental professionals. Position Overview

Our team works closely together in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology, including Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), Overjet AI, a CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and digital imaging. These technologies help us deliver exceptional patient care while giving our hygienists the clinical tools and support they need to provide high-quality care with confidence.

Whether you prefer working in a single-column or dual-column hygiene schedule, we strive to create an efficient workflow that allows you to practice at your highest level.

  • Monday - Friday with flexible days and hours
  • Part-Time: Ideal for candidates seeking 3 days per week
