ResponsibilitiesYour Impact as a Dental HygienistAs a vital clinical partner, you will elevate patient health by providing preventive care, education, and a seamless clinical experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and updating X-rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
- Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
- Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
- Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
- Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
- Educating patients on oral health and the mouth-body connection
- Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment
QualificationsWhat You Bring- Open to New grads or Experienced hygienists
- Current certification from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to connect with diverse patient populations
- Familiarity with Denticon preferred (but not required)
