Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Description
The Demand Planning Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring orders, forecasts, and delivery commitments are managed accurately and efficiently. This role works closely with supply chain, planning, operations, and quality teams to support customer needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong service levels. It's an entry-level opportunity for someone seeking growth in supply chain, operations, or commercial leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Handle order entry, order maintenance, and open order tracking.
  • Review customer forecasts and demand plans to support production and inventory planning.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and proactively communicate potential delays or supply issues.
  • Lead customer update meetings and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Analyze order, forecast, and fulfillment data to identify trends and risks.
  • Support new product launches and customer onboarding efforts.
  • Prepare reports on account performance, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.

Essential Skills

Work Environment
The role is based in an office environment and will initially require full-time presence for the first 6 months for training with other Data Planning Analysts. After training, the position may transition to a hybrid or fully remote setup. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The dress code is business casual.

This is a Permanent position based out of Allentown, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
