Job Title: Demand Planner [MULTIPLE POSITIONS]

Job Location: Sacramento, CA

Job Type: Full Time

Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in the Sacramento, CA location is $92,352.00 - $120,870.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Design and implement automated reporting systems to track unreleased, obsolete, or updated parts across projects. Develop and maintain automated dashboard solutions by integrating ERP MRP data. Implement automated data refresh schedules and alerts to enable real-time monitoring and proactive decision-making while minimizing manual intervention. Oversee the development of executive financial dashboards tracking inventory ownership, aging and key metrics across business segments. Drive inventory optimization initiatives through automated reporting of slow-moving stock and excess material. Establish automated KPI tracking systems and develop dynamic visualizations to monitor end-to-end performance metrics. Oversee data-driven process improvement initiatives by analyzing trends, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing automated solutions to increase efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering (any), or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Demand Planner-related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

1. Working with data analytics tools such as VBA, Qlik Sense, Power BI, KNIME, or Snowflake, for data extraction, processing, visualization, or reporting

2. Working with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for data extraction, analysis, and reporting

3. Utilizing financial reporting and data presentations to provide insights on the business financial data

4. Developing automated processes, executive financial dashboards and KPI reporting solutions

10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permissible pursuant company policy. [Hybrid role]
