Full Job Description
Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for successfully leading and refining demand forecast per commercial segment.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide strong involvement and support for sales and operations planning (S&OP) activities, meetings and communication. Ensuring the proper S&OP process flow of information and timelines are being met.
  • Track and measure forecast versus actual performance; analyze variances and lead corrective actions by partnering with sales teams to review stocking strategies and assess supply chain risk.
  • Primary contact for issues related to sales forecast focused on specific market segments.
  • Report out and monitor for opportunities to improve monthly key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, range of inventory coverage, etc.
  • Create and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and planning tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Drive the consolidation of demand planning projects across diverse platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals and strategic priorities.
  • Participate in additional supply chain planning and business initiatives as required to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain management, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or another related supply chain field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with demand forecast plan/analysis; supply chain, accounting, sales perspective.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI with excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
  • ERP planning experience required, Microsoft Dynamics GP or SAP preferred
  • Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 5%).
