Position Overviewdormakaba is seeking a Demand Planner who is currently based in Reamstown, PA and will work remotely. The Demand Planner is responsible for developing accurate mid- to long-term demand forecasts to support the manufacturing planning process. This role will lead cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and S&OP teams to ensure a reliable and responsive forecast aligned with business objectives and Market Intelligence.

What you will do- Organize and facilitate monthly demand review meetings, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and S&OP stakeholders
- Cleanse historical sales data and apply statistical forecasting models to generate reliable mid- to long-term demand plans and collaborate with Sales for inputs on future projects and potential demand changes
- Adjust forecasts based on market dynamics, sales opportunities, and product lifecycle changes (NPI, End-of-Life)
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Product Management, and Operations to validate planning assumptions and drive consensus
- Monitor forecast performance using key metrics (MAPE, Bias) and implement improvements to enhance planning effectiveness
What we require- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or S&OP in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using forecasting tools, ERP (SAP preferred), and advanced Excel skills required
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills with experience developing executive-ready presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
What we prefer- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Analytics, or related field
- Previous experience with AS400
- APICS certification
- IBP experience
- Power BI experience
