Working in close alignment with Sales, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership, you will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle-from strategy and budget allocation to pipeline acceleration and revenue generation.

Your Role:

  • Build and scale targeted ABM programs specifically tailored to large medical practices, orchestrating multi-channel plays to engage key decision-makers through complex buying cycles.
  • Manage vertical campaign budgets and partner with Product Marketing and Digital Media teams to deliver full-funnel GTM campaigns across paid media, content, events, and outbound plays.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, SDRs, and Solution Engineers to execute account plays, align on key account targets, and maintain clear feedback loops.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing Teams to produce compelling assets-such as case studies, white papers, webinars, and sales enablement tools-focused on enterprise drivers like operational efficiency, data analytics, patient engagement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign health, account engagement, and funnel velocity, using data insights to optimize marketing spend.
  • Identify, plan, and execute strategy for key trade shows and event activations to generate enterprise leads and deepen relationships with target accounts.

Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven, documented track record of success owning both demand generation and Account-Based Marketing strategies.
  • SaaS or software industry experience is strongly desired; experience in the healthcare industry (working with medical practices or health systems) is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of navigating long, complex buying cycles in the enterprise market segment.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to present strategies and metrics confidently to executive stakeholders and sales leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling value proposition statements that influence healthcare decision-makers.
  • Ability to travel 15% to 25% for trade shows, event activations, and team alignments.
