Full Job Description
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own the strategy and execution of demand gen programs across our target markets. This role is responsible for cross-channel campaign management for all product lines, collaborating closely with Marketing leaders, Sales, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled full-funnel demand programs in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or data-driven tech company, bringing a mix of strategy, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. This role will report into the Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Ops.
Key Accountabilities:
• Define strategy for, manage, and optimize the execution of demand generation campaigns across both Marketing and cross-functional channels
• Own Marketing's acquisition pipeline targets, and regularly report on pipeline health to Marketing leadership
• Manage tactics across inbound (paid and owned media) and ABM channels
• Clearly define key targeting segments with a focus on behavior-based triggers for nurture
• Collaborate closely with our partners in Sales to develop effective cross-functional conversion strategy across all channels
• Collaborate with agency partners and Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing teams on campaign execution
• Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance and ROI to key stakeholders
• Partner with Marketing Operations on email marketing, lead tracking, and funnel conversion
Desired Skills and Experience:
• 6-8+ years of experience in Demand Gen and/or Performance Marketing roles
• Proven success owning pipeline goals
• Paid Media and Owned channel management
• Ability to multi-task and manage across multiple simultaneous programs
• Strong communication skills and collaborative excellency
• B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Healthtech experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Base Salary Range
$100,000-$125,000 USD
