The RoleArcher is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own digital pipeline generation across paid media, SEO, AEO, account-based marketing, content activation, and AI-powered marketing operations.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role for an operator who can build, launch, optimize, and scale demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth. You will be responsible for turning campaigns, content, intent signals, and AI-enabled workflows into qualified pipeline while continuously improving efficiency and performance across channels.
You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Event Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, SDRs, and the Web team to bring campaigns to market, activate content, engage target accounts, and optimize the buyer journey.
Success in this role is measured by pipeline creation, opportunity generation, channel efficiency, and revenue impact.
What You'll Do- Run all paid programs. Own paid search, paid social, LinkedIn, Reddit, and display end to end: setup, targeting, bidding, creative testing, and daily optimization toward high-intent traffic.
- Win in SEO and AEO. Own organic search and answer engine optimization so Archer shows up where buyers and AI assistants look, capturing demand beyond paid channels.
- Build and optimize the AI agent library. Own the build-out, management, and optimization of the function's AI agents, including agents that govern budget and reallocate spend toward high-intent signals daily for zero wasted spend.
- Activate content across channels. Take our campaigns and content and put them to work in every paid and organic channel, matching message to channel and audience at each stage.
- Own the pipeline number. Carry a marketing-sourced pipeline target, build the channel mix to hit it, and optimize relentlessly against cost per opportunity, not vanity metrics.
- Instrument everything. Partnering with Revenue Operations, build the tracking, attribution, and reporting that prove channel ROI and show exactly where pipeline comes from.
- Execute account-based marketing programs. Use 6sense, intent data, buying group insights, and trigger events to identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts.
- Optimize conversion performance. Continuously improve campaign, landing page, and website conversion rates through testing, experimentation, and audience optimization.
What You Bring- Are hands-on, and love it. You build and run campaigns in the platforms yourself, with AI agents extending your reach, not a team doing the work for you.
- Live across paid channels. Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and display, with the platform fluency to optimize each one toward intent.
- Own SEO and AEO. You rank in organic search and you understand how to earn visibility in AI-generated answers, because that is where more buyers start every quarter.
- Think in pipeline and ROI. Cost per opportunity, win-influenced pipeline, channel efficiency. You kill what doesn't work fast and double down on what does.
- Build and run AI agents. You set strategy and guardrails, then build and optimize an AI agent library that holds spend to zero waste and scales your output.
- Move fast and test constantly. Creative, audiences, bids, landing pages, always running the next experiment.
Even Better If You HaveExperience- 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid media within B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, display advertising, and account-based marketing.
- Strong command of SEO and AEO with a track record of driving organic growth.
- Experience with 6sense, intent data, buying group strategies, and signal-based demand programs.
- Track record owning pipeline targets and optimizing for revenue outcomes.
- Experience building attribution, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Experience with Hubspot CRM, marketing automation platforms, and modern B2B marketing technology stacks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Pay Transparency Notice: We're committed to fair and transparent pay practices. In line with state pay transparency laws, for positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $88,100.00 to $146,900.00
USD, plus benefits. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
