Work You'll Do

As a Tech Enablement and Transformation Scholar, you will be a technology professional on a collaborative team partnering with clients to address complex business challenges and drive meaningful change through technology. You will play a pivotal role in supporting clients' digital transformation journeys by applying technology solutions to their most pressing problems, including but not limited to:
  • Modernizing legacy technology systems
  • Implementing enterprise-wide cloud migrations
  • Automating workflows with AI
  • Designing and deploying data analytics platforms
  • Enabling seamless integration of digital tools
  • Supporting the end-to-end management of technology-driven change initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions such as SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Varicent, and Anaplan
  • Facilitate user adoption and ensure the alignment of technology investments with business goals for our clients
  • Support current state assessments, future state process design, gap analysis, workflow optimization, testing support, and performance measurement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver innovative technology solutions
  • Leverage data-driven and technical insights to drive successful technology-enabled business transformations
We are looking for someone who can move fluidly across both business and IT stakeholders, understanding both the business and applying analytical skills to help clients take advantage of growth opportunities through the adoption of technology. In addition to an understanding of business technology solutions, this person should be a keen observer and learner and should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree completed by Spring/Summer 2027 in these or related areas of study

  • Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.3 cumulative GPA preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate is $39/hour.
