You'll run the delivery cadence for a 22-week D365 F&SCM stabilization engagement at a mid-market regulated manufacturer, owning the weekly heartbeat that keeps a multi-vendor program on track through three phase gates.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery-PM discipline for a 22-week, three-phase D365 F&SCM engagement, schedule, RAID log, financial tracking, weekly status, and gate readouts
- Chair the weekly working team meeting and the weekly joint PMO with the client PMO Lead and incumbent implementation partners
- Drive earned-value tracking against a hybrid commercial construct (fixed-fee Phase 1, T&M with NTE Phases 2 3)
- Manage the change-request pipeline; ensure every scope change is documented, priced, and approved before work begins
- Coordinate resource ramps across onshore and nearshore team members, roughly 12 FTE at Phase 2 peak
- Track FDA validation-window constraints on the master schedule and alert the Engagement Lead 4+ weeks ahead of any risk
- Prepare the phase-gate deck with the Engagement Lead
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of ERP delivery-PM experience; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree - minimum of 12 years with no degree
- PMP certification (active)
- Direct delivery-PM experience on at least 2 Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/F&SCM engagements
- Fluency in Azure DevOps or comparable enterprise work-management tool; strong MS Project or Smartsheet
- Demonstrated experience on hybrid commercial constructs
- US Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 F&O Apps Functional Consultant Expert (MB-300 orientation or MB-330)
- Experience running joint delivery cadence with a Microsoft Solutions Partner
Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual 27s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
