Job Description:

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

The Enterprise Architecture (EA) Governance Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating enterprise-wide architecture governance activities that ensure alignment with the organization's Enterprise Architecture Framework, technology standards, and strategic objectives. This role manages the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of governance forums, Architecture Steering Boards (ASBs), and associated governance processes. The position serves as a key liaison across Architecture, Technology, Business, Risk, Compliance, and Delivery teams to drive effective decision-making, governance adherence, issue resolution, and reporting. The individual will also support governance-related metrics, executive reporting, SPI (Single Process Inventory) process management, and initiatives that support the maturity and effectiveness of Enterprise Architecture governance.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Enterprise Architecture governance activities.
  • Manage multiple Architecture Steering Boards (ASBs), governance forums, and architecture review sessions.
  • Ensure governance processes are executed consistently and aligned with the Enterprise Architecture Framework.
  • Maintain governance operating procedures, standards, and documentation.
  • Coordinate all logistics and activities related to Architecture Steering Boards and Enterprise Architecture Governance Forums.
  • Develop and publish meeting agendas, presentation materials, decision records, action items, and meeting minutes.
  • Partner with architects, technology leaders, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure participation and engagement.
  • Track action items and commitments to ensure accountability and closure.


Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skill
  • Ability to progress with limited direction and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, running number of competing deliverables in parallel
  • Strong Meeting Facilitation and Presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Visio required
  • JIRA proficiency
  • Has proven track record of preparing materials for all
  • levels within the organization (practitioner through to senior leadership)
  • Must possess analytical and problem-solving skill

$78,200.00 - $157,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
