Job Description:

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Profile Summary:

This role will provide dedicated project management leadership for Trade Capture initiatives requiring coordination across internal and external technology organizations. This role will accelerate delivery of front-office capabilities, improve cross-team execution, manage critical dependencies, and reduce delivery risk for strategic business commitments.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Partner with Front Office, Trade Control, Risk, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to define and deliver strategic trade capture and regulatory reporting outcomes.
  • Serve as the central coordination point across trade capture platforms and downstream consumers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of trade data to Risk, P&L, Regulatory Reporting, Finance, and Operations functions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology leaders across trading, risk management, product control, finance, compliance, and regulatory reporting organizations.
  • Lead governance and execution forums, including program kickoffs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, design reviews, change controls, and regulatory readiness assessments.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple technology and business organizations, managing dependencies between trade capture, risk aggregation, valuation, P&L, reporting, and surveillance platforms.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Scrum and Agile methodology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills, ability to tailor communication to suit the audience
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, ability to work across Agile teams and regions and in a team environment
  • High sense of urgency with ability to drive results and ability to successfully prioritize and multitask a number of tasks
  • Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with turning ambiguity into a defined problem and potential resolution, especially in the area of Change Management
  • Ability to apply a logical and common-sense approach to problem solving
  • Knowledge of trading, financial markets, instruments especially Credit instrument, regulations, trading and risk management analytics
  • Experience with all stages of SDLC and comfort with technical terms/concepts
  • Knowledge of project management concepts and terminology
  • Experience applications skills required: PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Jira


Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory reporting regimes such as CFTC, EMIR, MAS, HKMA, JFSA, SEC, and other global transaction reporting requirements. Experience with regulatory reporting transformations, remediation programs, or audit/regulatory commitments is highly desirable. The importance of these reporting regimes and the dependency on accurate trade capture and downstream risk data is reflected in internal trade capture and reporting initiatives.
  • Experience with Credit Technology and Front Office Risk platforms.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives involving Front Office, Trade Control, Risk, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Technology stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end trade flows, including trade booking, confirmations, lifecycle events, clearing, settlements, risk consumption, P&L generation, and regulatory reporting.
  • Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science
  • MBA or BS with a focus on Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Two to three years work experience with any combination of the following;

Pay range

$78,200.00 - $157,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
