An experienced Delivery Lead
The Work:
As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Master proficiency in Account Delivery Management is required. Master proficiency in Business Operation Management, Estimation and Planning, and Work Management is suggested. Provide advanced guidance to shape delivery approaches and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Engage with stakeholders across various functions to influence outcomes and elevate service standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts to safeguard delivery commitments and quality. Champion collaboration across teams to foster innovation and resolve complex delivery challenges.
You have:- Minimum of 10 years of experience in service delivery, operations management, program management, or a related leadership role.
- Minimum of 10 experience leading end-to-end service delivery for large-scale client engagements, managed services, or business transformation programs including experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Minimum of 10 years of Business Operations Management experience, including resource planning, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points if:- Experience supporting business transformation, enterprise operations, or managed services engagements.
- Experience identifying and developing opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
- Experience leveraging automation, AI-enabled solutions, and digital transformation initiatives to improve delivery performance.
- Strong people leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and talent development.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate delivery, operational, and financial risks.
- Experience driving operational excellence initiatives that improve productivity, efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, revenue management, and cost optimization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
