DescriptionInfor is looking to hire a Hospitality Delivery Executive to provide project oversight and client support of our Cloud based solutions. Infor Products are used by Hotels, Casinos, and Resorts to manage their day-to-day operations for Hotel Management, Sales & Catering, Restaurant Point of Sales and Revenue Management. Projects require industry specific knowledge to effectively manage resource assignments for configuration, training, support, and technical integrations. As a Delivery Executive you are engaged throughout our customer's journey from sales to product delivery and transition to customer support.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:Project Management and executive oversight including:
- Being accountable for overall delivery success across multiple projects or programs, ensuring alignment with business and organizational goals.
- Fostering client relationships; handling escalations, ensuring client satisfaction at the executive level.
- Overseeing team projects to ensure proper governance; ensuring scope aligns to contractual commitments.
- Provide team leadership related to the financial health of the delivery portfolio; addresses business constraints and resource needs.
Support of the Infor Consulting business through accurate project accounting:
- Maintaining project financial and project profitability, to include resource scheduling, revenue forecasting per project, billing reconciliations, expense report and time approval for project work, etc.
- Providing timely and accurate updates to all internal reporting and tracking systems.
- Ensuring all project resources are identified, forecasted, and staffed.
- Responsible for high value services work orders
Basic Qualifications:- Experience leading projects and managing customer engagements from planning through execution
- Experience working within hospitality operations, including knowledge of operational processes and business workflows
- Experience communicating and collaborating with executive-level stakeholders and customer leadership teams
- Proficiency using project management platforms and Microsoft Office applications to track, manage, and communicate project activities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain project documentation, and follow established processes and timelines
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:- Hotel software products use or experience. (PMS, POS, SCS)
- ERP software products use or experience
- Familiarity with Agentic AI / SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated business acumen in the Hospitality Industry.
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience.
