The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Enterprise Delivery Enablement team, the Delivery Excellence Project Manager drives end-to-end execution of complex initiatives, ensuring alignment, momentum, and timely delivery across teams and stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives with clear scope, timelines, and outcomes
  • Translate strategic goals into structured delivery plans with defined milestones, dependencies, and ownership
  • Drive progress across teams, proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, and blockers
  • Coordinate across business, technology, and governance stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum
  • Manage interdependencies across squads, systems, and initiatives to avoid downstream disruption
  • Ensure delivery readiness and quality by tracking progress against defined criteria and expected outcomes
  • Use data and reporting to provide clear visibility into status, risks, and delivery confidence
  • Operate effectively within Agile delivery environments (e.g., working with backlogs, iterative planning, and evolving scope), without being limited to Agile frameworks

Qualifications:

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
