Job Description

We are seeking a Delivery Associate with specialized expertise in Workforce Software (WFS) to play a critical role in a major implementation initiative. This role demands deep functional and technical experience, particularly in Job Scheduler (formerly Advanced Scheduler), along with broad exposure to Time and Attendance, Integrations, and Configuration Management within the WFS platform.

The ideal candidate brings not only hands-on implementation experience, but also a strategic mindset for setting system standards and ensuring scalable, long-term scheduling and timekeeping solutions.



Key Responsibilities
• Lead the configuration and deployment of WFS Job Scheduler, setting up all production schedules according to organizational requirements
• Configure and optimize Time and Attendance features, including:
• Bank premiums
• Shift differentials
• Time-off request workflows
• Security roles and permissions
• Customize ACT (Absence Case Tool) to support long-term absence management and approval workflows
• Design, implement, and test clock integrations, including physical clock installations and data flow validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll) to ensure successful integration of WFS with downstream systems
• Establish configuration standards and documentation for timekeeping policies and practices
• Support system testing, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities post-implementation
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide production support as needed



Minimum Qualifications
• WFS Level 2 Certification (Required)
• Certification in Job Scheduler (formerly Advanced Scheduler) (Required)
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in:
• WFS integrations and system configuration
• Clock installation and integration setup
• Time and Attendance rule configuration and policy setup
• ACT customization for absence workflows
• Experience setting up and maintaining enterprise timekeeping standards
• Strong documentation and communication skills, with a collaborative working style



Preferred Qualifications
• Previous involvement in enterprise WFS implementations (multi-site, global, or unionized environments)
• Familiarity with workforce compliance, payroll integrations, or labor forecasting
• Experience working in agile implementation teams or project-based environments
