Job Description & Summary
The Opportunity

As a Identity and Access Management Sr Associate you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients, contributing to design and implementation efforts that protect sensitive information and manage user identities within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, and broaden your technical skills while anticipating team and client needs, using critical thinking, data-driven insights, and professional judgment to deliver work that aligns with broader project goals. In this role at PwC, you will support identity lifecycle activities, access governance, and issue resolution across client service engagements while developing relationships, mentoring junior team members, and adapting to changing business needs and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

- Managing identity and access management workstreams across client engagements from planning through delivery
- Designing and configuring privileged access management solutions to support secure access to systems and sensitive data
- Analyzing access control requirements and translating them into role based access control and authorization models
- Reviewing user access, entitlement structures, and access governance processes to identify control gaps and remediation needs
- Implementing and maintaining CyberArk, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and cloud identity solutions
- Developing technical documentation, system requirements, and process guidance for identity governance activities
- Interpreting complex identity, security, and infrastructure issues to develop practical recommendations
- Collaborating with client stakeholders and mentoring junior team members while supporting engagement quality and delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating experience in identity and access management client support
- Applying access control models and privileged access management tools
- Interpreting data to inform access governance recommendations
- Navigating complex cybersecurity situations with client-focused communication

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
