Position OverviewAs a Defined Contribution Product Specialist within PNC's Institutional Asset Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Other PNC locations will also be considered.
In this position, you will be part of the product team managing the delivery of investment advisory and employee education solutions to sponsors of participant directed defined contribution plans. Key advisory solutions include 3(21) investment advice or 3(38) investment management, fiduciary education and compliance support, vendor fee and service benchmarking.
Responsibilities include working closely with advisors and employee education consultants on investments, plan design, vendor management, participant education, and legislative and regulatory updates. You will also support the development of new business opportunities.
Preferred experience:
• Demonstrated experience working as, and collaborating with, investment advisors for defined contribution plans.
• Proven expertise in content creation, including delivering presentations at industry and local events, as well as webinars.
• Comprehensive knowledge of complex investment and asset management strategies.
• Established track record in leading sales initiatives.
• Experience with non-qualified deferred compensation plan
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Designation is strongly preferred.

Job Description- Drives business and financial results through the selection, design, development and promotion of new and existing products or experiences utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics to offer customers a differentiated product experience.
- Uses knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver products to customers through all applicable channels. Prioritizes and makes decisions regarding product recommendations. Develops business case, business plan and roll-out of specific products or experiences.
- Monitors the marketplace to assess product, technology, and market trends to identify a market need or opportunity. Recommends new products or enhancements to existing products or experiences and develops and designs innovative features. Manages the development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of specific products, and recognizes, anticipates and resolves operational and process problems that arise.
- Partners with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and other internal service partners. Participates in client-facing and external stakeholder activities to ensure all product offerings or experiences meet strategic goals. Develops product-specific marketing initiatives. Supports risk management, compliance and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
- Drives business, financial and customer experience results of new and existing products and recommends modifications in product features and/or marketing to improve results.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $91,000.00 - $185,900.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
