THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for an Associate to join one of our New York offices.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of litigation experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial, and be licensed to practice in New York. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as product liability, general liability and/or insurance defense.

THE BENEFITS

The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000-$165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package. Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible spending, and more.
